Launching an indefinite hunger strike here against the formation of Telangana, YSR Congress Party chief Jagan Mohan Reddy said his party would approach the Supreme Court and ask it to tell the Centre to withdraw its arbitrary decision to bifurcate Andhra Pradesh.
