Pakistan province bans Skype over 'security concerns'

Pakistani authorities have banned the use of internet communications such as Skype in an attempt to crackdown on Islamist militants in the province of Sindh.

The ban will remain in place for three months. The authorities claim militants use the services to plan attacks, but the move has left instant message users reeling.
