Worn by T.W. musical project Halligan, director of academic activities of the Allegheny Campus, 808 Ridge includes the recording sessions for students keen on folk music and garage rock.
During the 1968-69 school year, the local coffee house became the scene of live performances of young gifted named Harry Waller, Morgan Donato, Margaret Brown, Rich Russo and quartet St. Thomas.
Harry Waller plays a leading role with three titles to his credit, including the rough and addictive "Soldier" and the serene ballad "Merely Gone". It also reveals an attendant (guitar) accessory for voice Margaret Brown and Rich Russo.
Morgan Donato offers two bewitching as the St. Thomas group offers us three catchy songs that this version of "All Along The Watchtower" beautifully performed acoustic instrumentals.
