BJP has set up 18 party panels to oversee the preparations for the pre-poll rally here on Sept.29, which is to be addressed by its prime ministerial candidate, Narendra Modi.The committees would look into the various aspects of the event like sanitation, water, traffic and transport, media relations and publicity, among others.
