A woman in Fort Worth, Texas was shocked after noticing some billy goats snooping around on her property.
The homeowner, Sharon Dyer immediately dialed animal control to report her emergency and was patched through to 911. Armed with a phone in one hand and a camera in the other, Dyer spoke to the operator and took a video of the farm animals simultaneously.
The brave woman even attempted to shoo them away. Her main goal was to keep the destructive goats out of her garden. Despite the efforts, the animals managed to destroy several of Dyer’s jalapeño plants.
There was one backyard item that the lady was extremely protective over though and that was her tiny palm tree which she had taken home from a recent trip to Florida. Dyer refused to let the goats near it.
She quickly grabbed a small table to guard the tree which was standing in a bucket. That was about the time police officers arrived to assist.
The animals were taken back to their home and the owner vowed to pay for the destroyed plants.
