A Chinese court has sentenced ousted senior politician Bo Xilai to life in prison. He was found guilty of corruption, embezzlement and abuse of power.
The judge who sentenced him, at a court in Jinan, said Bo had damaged China's national interests.
Once a former rising star within the ruling Communist party, Bo was the popular leader of Chongqing city.
