Baran: Congress vice-resident Rahul Gandhi addressed a massive Congress rally in poll bound Rajasthan on Tuesday. Speaking at Krishi Upaj Mandi ground in Baran Rahul Gandhi slammed opposition for blocking several pro-poor initiatives of the Congress-led UPA Government at the Centre. “We want to empower the rural poor and that is why we implemented Panchayati Raj system” said the Congress Vice President.
