Cops pulled over a woman for a license plate violation when things got out of hand. Cassandra Meyer was pulled over in a neighborhood near Toledo, Ohio when her father-in-law came out because he didn’t like how the officer was speaking to her. Neighbor Christine Lipper caught the exchange on video and caught the officer on tape forcing all parties involved on the ground - even the father-in-law’s 14-year-old son. It has gone viral with more than 185,000 views in three days.
