Japan's Prime Minister Shinzo Abe has ordered the closure of two Fukushima nuclear reactors that
survived the 2011 tsunami.
The shutdown threatens to complicate a turnaround plan the operator has presented to creditors but after touring the plant, Abe said the government had to take a more active role in the run-up to the 2020 Olympics.
