Chief nuclear envoys from North Korea and China have met in Beijing. They've been discussing ways to resume the six-party talks on ending North Korea's nuclear programme. China's also holding a conference to mark ten years since those talks began. Al Jazeera's Harry Fawcett has more from Seoul.
