In the past 30 years, 64-year-old Dennis Rosenlof of Salt Lake City, Utah says he’s eaten about 12 thousand Big Macs.

That comes out to an average of 10 a week.

Rosenlof says that for approximately half his life he’s had a Big Mac meal on Mondays, Wednesdays, and sometimes on Fridays.

On Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and the occasional Friday he has two.

His wife makes a big family dinner on Sunday, so he skips his trip to McDonalds on that day.

Remarkably, he’s in pretty good health.

An expert chimed in on the man’s diet and pointed out that overall Rosenlof is actually consuming fewer calories than a typical American male.

According to Rosenlof, the Big Mac meals are pretty much all he eats. He figures each to come in at about 930 calories.

As a 6-foot, 165-pound man his recommended daily caloric allotment is 2000.

He swears he never goes over that number.

Rosenloff also denies being addicted to Big Macs.

According to him why he does it is really simple. "I enjoy what I eat. It tastes good, so I order the same thing every day."
