Al-Qaeda leader Ayman al-Zawahri has called for attacks in America to "bleed" the country's economy.
He has released an online audio speech, in which he says small-scale strikes would trigger big spending on security.
"Keeping the US in a state of tension
an anticipation only requires a few
attacks here and there," Zawahri said in the message.
