green translucent corrugated plastic roofing sheet, folded into u shape, screwed together, rounded, sealed w/ expanding foam. screws removed, holes filled, plastic skirt, duct tape and peices of plastic trash can for the top, 1" pvc rails, bailing wire run longitudinally. then painted. light at 14lbs, but w/ a density near that of water, like a water ski or skim board. was riding low, took in water, and sank like a rock. added skirt and it worked great, seems fast
, but was quite tippy.
