Syrian rebel leader rejects Russian plan

Rebels fighting against Syrian President Bashar Assad's regime warn that if they don't get enough support soon, the war will take longer and thousands more Syrians will die.

Meanwhile, rebel leader General Salim Idris has rejected Russia's plan to deal with Assad's chemical weapons.
