All is not well in the NCP-Congress coalition in Maharashtra. NCP Chief Sharad Pawar publcily hit out at Chief Minister Prithviraj Chavan's style of functioning, blaming Chavan for undue delays in clearing crucial files.and in a surprise counter attack. Chavan responded to the criticism by saying that files on hold were either illegal or in individual interests.
