US Secretary of State John Kerry has visited France to strengthen French support for a military strike on Syria; however, he also came to seek help from members of the Arab league. Kerry said the number of states willing to join a coalition was now in the double digit but the list won't be made public until for another 24 hours. Lot of countries are wary about entering into a conflict without UN backing. Even Washington maybe considering returning to the UN security council for support.
