following steps
1=first install { utorrent http://www.utorrent.com/utorrent-plus/index/frmnvh }
2= then install buttorrent { http://www.bittorrent.com/bittorrent-plus/compare }
3= now download any torrent from any torrent site like extratorrent , the pirater bay etc
4= now download this 1 torrent file from both torrent softwares { u torrent and bit torrent }
5= one thing must remember that set your UPLOADING SPEED UNLIMITED from both torrent settings...
