The Sixth Sikh Guru, Shri Guru Hargobind Sahib Ji visited this place after the battle of Kartarpur in which he had killed his former Jarnail Painde Khan. Guru Ji came here from Village Athola and stayed for 3 Days. A Sufi Saint named Shaikh Darvesh came here and had discussions with Guru Ji by tieing a cloth on his eyes so that he can swear before Mughal authorities that he had not seen Guru Ji.
