In the East of the Democratic Republic of Congo the M23 rebel group has withdrawn from positions just outside the city of Goma. Over the last nine days they've been fighting Government forces which are backed by UN troops. Al Jazeera's Malcolm Webb was with the Government soldiers as they took over rebel positions.
