Earlier, Pooja Bhatt, Mukesh Bhatt and several other celebrities had fallen victims to the much dreaded, imposter act. However, recent news claims one more actor to join the imposter league being, Ranveer Singh. Reportedly, someone is posing as Ranveer in order to get in contact with aspiring actresses on social networking sites and has been also asking them to send bikini pictures to his mail account claiming to fix up a appointment for an audition. In order to establish credibility, the imposter also created fake accounts of producer Siddharth Roy Kapur to create conversations between the two which he used as a lure to attract public. However, Ranveer and Siddharth got cautious about this act and freaked out alarming people to avoid any such accounts and claimed that no filmmaker or actor would ask for pictures on a public forum!
Well being a public figure, this was a good dose of a degrading stunt for the actor!
