Can you imagine getting a phone call directly from Pope Francis?

19-year-old Stefano Cabizza from Italy was shocked when he answered the phone and was greeted by Pope Francis. Stefano had written a letter to the pope several weeks before the call.

The teenager talked about his life and wishes of finding a job when his schooling was over. The Pope must have taken the note seriously because he phoned the teen not once but twice.

The first time around, Cabizza wasn’t home. The call is the most recent of a series in which Pope Francis reaches out to speak to civilians. proving that he is willing to talk to anyone needing some hope and inspiration.

Cabizza stated “He called me around five o'clock after finding that I was not at home the first time around. He asked me to pray for him and then he gave me a blessing. It was the most beautiful day of my life.”

The teen claimed the pope initially started the conversation light heartedly, by joking for the first several minutes.
