Following clashes this month along the Kashmir border Pakistan has freed 362 Indian fishermen detained over the past two years as a goodwill gesture. They were detained, says Pakistan, after straying into their territorial waters. The newly-elected Pakistani government is seeking to ease its often-troubled relations with India.
