A suicide bomber has killed 25 people and wounded more than 50 near the city of Ramadi 100 km west of the Iraqi capital of Baghdad.
The device was detonated inside a busy cafe near a park popular with families. According to police most of the victims were soldiers.
The attack is one of the worst single bombings in Iraq in weeks.
