New Judge Appointed For Salman Khan's Hit-And-Run Case

After getting delayed the case day by day, now a new judge will conduct Salman Khan's hit-and-run trial. The case has been transferred to a new sessions court of Justice DW Deshpande recently. Furthermore, a new public prosecutor has also been appointed for the trial.

Salman has been charged with culpable homicide as not amounting to murder, for killing one person and injuring four others by rash and negligent driving. Besides, the actor has also been charged under other sections of the IPC. As a result, he has pleaded not guilty to all the charges.

On Sep 28, 2002, a Land Cruiser allegedly driven by Salman, ran over a group of pavement dwellers in suburban Bandra, killing one and injuring four others.

As a new judge and new public prosecutor have been appointed, actor Salman Khan is now hoping for some positive result!
