Assam civil services officer Khagen Borgohain has been transferred for raising his voice against corruption. The officer received his transfer orders after he wrote a letter about alleged irregularities in a scheme prepared by MoS tribal affairs Ranee Narah. Now, Borgohain's transfer has created uproar in the state with the BJP demanding Congress President Sonia Gandhi's intervention for the revocation of his transfer.
