39-year-old Mario Garcia and 28-year-old Domingo Garcia-Hernandez definitely aren't the sharpest crooks. They recently entered a restaurant in Chicago and demanded food, but the owner told them to come back in an hour and that's exactly what they did.

Some robbers just don’t have what it takes to be a career criminal. 39-year-old Mario Garcia and 28-year-old Domingo Garcia-Hernandez definitely aren’t the sharpest crooks.

They recently entered a restaurant in Chicago and demanded food. They were armed with what appeared to be a MAC-10 machine pistol, however it was actually a replica. More specially, their weapon of choice was a squirt gun.

The owner was present during the would-be robbery. Concerned for the customers in the establishment, he politely told the robbers to come back in one hour.

Amazingly, the two men left and they did in fact return to the restaurant 60 minutes later minus the squirt gun. However the restaurant owner contacted police after they left.

Upon their second arrival at the business, cops were ready to pounce. According to police, Garcia carried a baseball bat with him on the second robbery attempt.

The replica pistol was found in the backyard of the suspects’ residence, which is about one block away from the restaurant. Both men received a charge of attempted aggravated robbery.
