Six men have been jailed in Berlin for beating a 20-year-old Thai-German student to death.
The victim, known only as Jonny K, was killed on a night out in October 2012 as he tried to help a friend who was being attacked .
He was punched and stamped on as he lay on the ground and later died from a brain haemorrhage.
