The man tipped to win Mali's presidential election has done just that. Ibrahim Boubacar Keita had already swept the July 28 first round with nearly 40 percent. Now even though no official results have yet been released after Sunday's run-off, reports have put the man widely known by his initials IBK well in the lead.
