Uproar in Parliament over Kishtwar riots, Khemka's claims

Both the houses of Parliament were adjourned amidst noisy protests by the BJP over Khemka's allegations in land deals involving Robert Vadra and riot-hit Kishtwar in Jammu and Kashmir.
