To clarify for the last part, in Chinese culture, it is believe that when a person die, before going to reborn, he or she will pass over a bridge by drinking a bowl of water to forget his or her pass. The woman at the last scene which is his feminine side tell him to stay alive by becoming a woman. His feminine side pass lipstick to him which symbolize woman characteristic.
