Nett's BlueMAX™ SCR system, is a reliable, cost-effective technology designed to control nitrogen oxides (NOx) emissions from medium and heavy-duty diesel engines in on-road, nonroad and stationary applications.
The BlueMAX™ SCR system is a retrofit solution, that offers superior NOx reduction capabilities. Our SCR system doesn’t change or alter the design or operation of your vehicle.
Using urea to assist in the catalytic process, the BlueMAX™ SCR, is an exhaust after treatment system that converts harmful NOx into harmless N2 gas and H20. Our selective catalytic SCR system delivers near-zero emissions of nitrogen oxides (NOx). The urea solution is carried in an onboard tank and injected upstream of the SCR catalyst.
Each BlueMAX™ SCR system is custom designed for each intended application to provide optimum performance. As an additional option, our BlueMAX™ SCR system can also include either an active regeneration diesel particulate filter, or a passive catalyzed diesel particulate filter. Passive filters are generally used on engines that operate under heavy loads, with active filters being used on engines which have a lighter duty cycle.
BlueMAX PLUS™ SCR
A selective catalytic reduction SCR and DPF system (NOx + PM)
The BlueMAX PLUS™ selective catalytic reduction SCR system combines BlueMAX™ SCR technology with a passive diesel particulate filter for combined NOx and PM control of medium to heavy-duty diesel engines with higher exhaust gas temperatures. The BlueMAX PLUS™ SCR relies on heat from exhaust gases to regenerate the trapped particulates. The BlueMAX PLUS™ system includes the SCR catalytic converter, the computerized urea dosing system (UDS), the urea tank and the diesel particulate filter.
