Manu advises Shatroopa that everything in the world whether good or bad has its own purpose though unknown. He also brings seven sages into the boat. God Shiv with the strength of Goddess Parvati brings flood. God Vishnu in the form of Fish saves those in boat and handovers Vedas to them.
