Chef Joe was also the executive chef for his father-in-law's restaurant, La Costa D'Oro, in Boca Raton, for five years; the culinary director for Legal Sea Foods in Florida (overseeing all properties in the Sunshine State) for five years; and executive kitchen manager for the Cheesecake Factory, in Palm Beach County, for four years.
