A lifeless dog was brought back to life by a complete stranger and the act was caught on tape. A Boxer names "Sugar" suddenly collapsed during a K-9 training program back in 2011. Sugar’s owner panics, and the owner of the training center stepped in and started chest compressions while his assistant tries to keep Sugar’s owner calm. After a couple of minutes, Sugar springs back to life.
