The Associated Press tweeted the news of Dennis Farina’s death confirmed by his publicist. The Republic reports 69 year-old Farina died in an Arizona hospital after suffering from a blood clot in his lung. CBS Chicago points out Farina was best known for his role in NBC’s "Law and Order."
