The United States Botanic Garden next to the Capitol Building is extending its hours to allow visitors a once-in-a-decade whiff of the decaying-flesh-like aroma of Titan Arum flower, also called the 'corpse flower,' which only blooms once every few years. Jen Markham has the story.
