STORY: The world's media are camped outside the London hospital where the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, popularly known as Prince William and his wife Kate, are due to have their baby any day now. And royal lookalikes and their sponsor companies are cashing in on the global attention.
On Friday, William and Kate lookalikes walked up to the hospital entrance.
While journalists were still wondering whether this could really be the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, the couple revealed t-shirts promoting Britain's Sun newspaper.
"The Sun - No 1 for Royal Baby News", the t-shirts read.
