This time he gifted his ladylove, a pair of elegant diamond earrings, and that's very romantic!
According to sources, the couple arrived at one of the south Mumbai luxury hotel, in a white Mercedes, a night before Kat's birthday rings the bell. The two spent quality time at the restaurant and then walked across the lounge. As they walked by, the duo came across a jewellery store and no sooner, Ranbir bought a pair of glittery diamond earrings for his lady love.
