Three very politically sensitive districts of West Bengal will vote in the third phase of panchayat elections today (July 19). With violence and chaos marring the earlier two phases of the polls, the state government is not taking any chances and has heightened security. The Governor, meanwhile, is set to meet Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde in the capital.
