Steam has been spotted rising from a damaged building inside Japan's crippled nuclear power plant in Fukushima.
The company responsible, Tepco, said it may have been rain reacting with a hot containment vessel to produce the suspicious looking steam.
The reactors damaged in a massive earthquake and tsunami in 2011 led to radiation leaks into the sea and air.
