Mr. Cohen was charged with negotiating extensions, modifications or forbearance agreements with the borrowers or conversely foreclosing or/and exercising applicable lender remedies. In addition, Amnon gained valuable experience in dealing with fractional trust deed holders, preserving their rights and working out equitable solutions for real complex problems.
