Due to the recent disruptions caused by the Purple Monster, scheduled tests of Cyrus Layton's "jet plane" have been delayed. Saunders, one of the Foundation investors, has been granted permission to sell a large quantity of rocket fuel to recoup his losses. Little does he know that his buyer is actually the Purple Monster!
