ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION)

STORY: Four Pussy Riot members wearing neon dresses, their faces hidden behind balaclavas, climb up gas flares and dance on oil pipelines in a fresh video released by the punk band on Tuesday and aimed at Russian President Vladimir Putin and his allies.

Two Pussy Riot members are serving prison terms in remote regions of Russia for storming the altar of the country's most sacred cathedral to stage a "punk prayer" asking the Virgin Mary to rid Russia of Putin.

But the loose, all-female Pussy Riot collective has carried on with its protests against Putin, a former KGB spy more than a year into his third presidential term, and his increasingly close ties with the resurgent Russian Orthodox Church.

"Your president is like an ayatollah in Iran and your church is like in the United Arab Emirates," female voices exclaim in turns against the images of four women climbing a gas flare in the group's latest noisy clip posted on Youtube.
