A male designer from Latvia created a urinal and sink all into one contraption. Simply called STAND, the entire machine is thankfully hands free, controlled completely by sensors.

A recent study showed that nearly 95% of people don't wash their hands properly in the bathroom. Well, if you are a man, help is on its way.

A designer from Latvia has combined a urinal and sink all into one contraption. Simply called STAND, the entire machine is thankfully hands free, controlled by sensors.

The wall mounted porcelain pieces appear to be modern while showcasing a traditional urinal appearance. The top of the receptacle is where the basin is.

One small spout rests on the top. All users have to do is stick their hands underneath as soon as the release efforts are completed.

The simple but clever concept lets you avoid the standardized trek to a sink, which is usually located across a public restroom. The accommodating and accessible tap encourages good habits, prompting men to wash their hands.

The water which is used for sanitary purposes is reused for something else – rinsing out the urinal underneath.

How do you like the idea of STAND urinal?
