They have been completely exposed but they are chosing to deny it. The 366-page Pak Commission report on Osama Bin Laden clearly indicts the ISI in allowing the dreaded terrorist to stay in Pakistan for nine years. The report goes on to say that the connivance of the ISI at some level cannot be discounted. But despite a pile of evidence, Pakistan remains in complete denial.
