Computer viruses can be a tough thing to deal with.
They can steal your sensitive personal information or ruin your computer’s hard drive.

Now experts have been struggling to figure out how to fight against two viruses that work together, making it even harder to get rid of them.

They update each other to avoid removal by anti-virus programs, and work together to download data from personal computers to be sold, send out spam, or infect other computers.

The viruses that have been infecting computers and causing all these problems are called Vobfus and Beebone.

Vobfus is usually the first virus to attack a machine before installing Beebone which then links the infected computer to a network of compromised computers called a botnet.

A Microsoft malware researcher who studied the viruses and discovered how they work together, noted - “In the case with Vobfus, even if it is detected and remediated, it could have downloaded an undetected Beebone which can in turn download an undetected variant of Vobfus.”
