It’s definitely not a good idea to get violent with a police officer.
But being a little too affectionate can also get you in trouble.
A woman in Bradenton, Florida, 62-year-old Peggy Hill was arrested after she kissed a cop on the nose. It all started when officers arrived at her residence following a dispute between neighbors.
Sergeant Randy Lamb was on the scene and according to Hill, he was acting aggressively towards her. Instead of being nasty, Hill opted to kill him with kindness, by smooching him on the nose.
She had reportedly consumed several glasses of wine beforehand, which may explain the odd and brazen gesture. Nevertheless, Lamb wasn’t amused.
He wiped off of his face and then he cuffed her. She was booked into the Manatee County jail and held on $5,000 bond.
Now she is scheduled to appear in court on July 19th and is facing a charge of felony battery on a law enforcement officer
