This building stands out for an accurate use of the materials to outline the surfaces and volumes, enhancing its composition and functions. Skilfully used both inside and out, ceramics act as a divider that describes the rhythms of the facades and sorts out the interiors. The installation of the ventilated wall, consistently finished down to the smallest detail, is based on a very specific layout, which is gauged to the size of the doors and windows. In the trompe-l'oeil on the facings, the ceramic panels fold back into the building, enhancing its spatial evenness. Inside, the stoneware floor slabs experiment with an unusual graphic-chromatic barcode language that, as well as outlining the walks, gives each area a strong personality.
