Nine years after Ishrat Jahan and three others were killed in an alleged fake encounter in Gujarat, the CBI on Wednesday (July 3) will file its first chargesheet in the case. Apart from answering key questions like whether the encounter was fake or not, the chargesheet will also establish the role of the Intelligence Bureau and the Gujarat Police in the matter.
