Recipe to prepare "Onion Capsicum Rawa Masala Dosa":

Ingredients:
1/2 bowl semolina/rawa/suji
1 cup water
salt to taste
few chopped coriander leaves
2 green chillies, chopped
1 tbsp sliced onion
1 capsicum, finely chopped/grated
1 potato, boiled, peeled and mashed
1 pinch turmeric powder
1 pinch red chilli powder
1/4 tsp sambhar masala
1 tbsp butter

Method:
Take semolina in a bowl.
Add water, 1 pinch salt, coriander leaves and little chopped green chilli. Keep aside.
Take a separate bowl, and add in onion slices, capsicum, mashed potato, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, sambhar masala and 1/2 tsp coriander leaves. Mix well.
Add little salt, and mix again.
Add little chopped green chilli, and mix the masala well.
Heat a pan on medium flame.
Stir the soaked semolina and pour into the pan.
Cover the pan to cook for a minute.
Uncover; add butter and masala at the centre of dosa, and spread it with a spatula.
Cover again to cook for 2 minutes.
Uncover, and roll the dosa and plate it.
Onion Capsicum Rawa Masala Dosa is ready to serve.
